  • Is group registration allowed?
  • No, the registration form only allows individual registration.
  • Can I register for others?
  • No, only keynote speakers may be registered by others. Everyone else should register for themselves. This is because the registration form contains personal questions related to an individual’s food preferences, special accommodation needs, choice to attend the Sunday reception, and interest in public transportation during the conference.
  • Is one day or partial registration allowed?
  • No, one-day or partial registration is not available. Registration covers the entire three-day program.
  • What is included in my registration?
  • Your registration includes:

Event Program-Sunday welcome reception and Monday evening reception
    -UC Tech Awards Ceremony
    -Keynote addresses from technology leaders
-Dozens of breakout sessions and panel discussions
    -Networking opportunities
    -Games and activities

An optional shuttle bus will take attendees to/from the UC Davis Health reception in Sacramento and to/from the Davis campus.

NOTE: Indicating your public transportation interests on the registration form does not secure your transportation arrangements. It only helps us gauge how many shuttle buses will need to run during the conference.

IMPORTANT: Travel and accommodation are not included in the registration fee, and they will need to be secured separately.
