2024 Spotlight Talk

From UC Davis Health, Kate McLoughlin is a design thinking consultant and leader in human-centered design. With over 15 years of experience in design thinking, front-end development, and user experience, she is passionate about bridging the digital divide and making technology and services easier to use and more equitable.

Her talk on Tuesday, October 29 titled, “The Power of User Journey Mapping: A Human-Centered Design Approach to Improving Services and Technology,” will explore how we can transform our services and technology to better meet user needs.
