Going to Sunday's Welcome Reception? Take our Bus Service to UC Davis Health!
On Sunday, October 27, get ready for an exciting evening in Sacramento to kick-off this year’s UC Tech, connect with fellow attendees, and eat delicious food! We will have a welcome reception from 5 – 8 p.m. at the UC Davis Health Betty Irene Moore Hall.
To make travel easy for our attendees staying in Davis, we will have six buses going between UC Davis and UC Davis Health, both before and after the welcome reception. Note that the bus service is only available on Sunday.
Pick-up and Drop-off Locations
The buses will go between the UC Davis Mondavi Center (on Mrak Hall Drive) and UC Davis Health Betty Irene Moore Hall (on 48th Street).
Bus Service Hours
The bus service covers the following times:
Outbound to UC Davis Health: 4 – 5:15 p.m.
Inbound to UC Davis: 6:55 – 7:55 p.m.
Buses leave approximately every 15 to 20 minutes, but may leave early if filled. It takes about 30 minutes to get from Davis to Sacramento, and vice versa.
Our volunteers, wearing navy blue and yellow polo shirts, will be stationed at the pick-up locations to answer more specific questions about the bus schedule and guide attendees onto the bus. You do not need to show anything to our volunteers for boarding.
