Milestone moments: More than 65 volunteers kick off planning for UC Tech 2024 Annual Conference

 On January 18, 2024, over 65 volunteers for the upcoming UC Tech Annual Conference in October held the planning kick-off meeting — in-person on campus and over Zoom — to discuss conference details and volunteer committee plans. This is a major milestone in project planning! 

The meeting covered: 

• When and where the conference will take place 
• An overview of conference schedule and project plans 
• The scope of volunteer committee responsibilities 
• Tools for collaboration 
• Information about future meetings 

The conference will be jointly supported by 13 volunteer committees from UC Davis Health and UC Davis Main Campus. We thank our volunteers for their help in making this project possible, and are excited to take the next steps in creating a successful conference!
