Meet Vendors and Win Prizes at the 2024 UC Tech Annual Conference!
We’re excited to highlight our incredible vendors for the 2024 UC Tech Annual Conference, as their generous support makes UC Tech possible. Vendor Fair: Discover and Connect
We invite you to visit the vendor fair, where you can hear about our vendors’ latest products and services. When you see them, consider introducing yourself and sharing your thoughts! Please also extend our gratitude for all they do to fund conferences like this one.
Here are the dates, times, and locations:
- Monday, October 28, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. at the Conference Center lobby.
- Monday, October 28, 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. at the Mondavi Center lobby.
- Tuesday, October 29, 7:30 a.m. – 4:45 p.m. at the Conference Center and Mondavi Center lobbies.
The Conference Center will only feature our Diamond and Platinum vendors, and all vendors will be at the Mondavi Center. If you plan to visit the vendor fair on Tuesday, we strongly suggest going before the raffle-drawing event (details below) and lunch.
Our Diamond vendor and Platinum vendors will also hold 45-minute sessions to share information about their products and services and perform demos. Check out the conference program for more information.
Vendor Raffle: Enter to Win Prizes
Attendees have the chance to win exciting raffle prizes (soon to be revealed!) provided by our vendors.
To enter the raffle, you simply need to visit our vendors at the vendor fair before the raffle-drawing event on Tuesday, October 29. Each vendor will have raffle tickets to hand out for their prizes.
The raffle-drawing event will be on Tuesday, October 29 from 11:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. at Mondavi Jackson Hall. Please note the following:
The winner must be present at the raffle-drawing event to obtain their prize.
If the winner is not present, we will draw another ticket until a winner is present.
Winners can pick up their prize from their vendor’s table at the vendor fair after the raffle-drawing event concludes.
